Team ProfilesErin Clark, Project AssistantUpon graduating from Brown University, Erin Clark joined the real estate department of the Lowry Redevelopment Authority in Denver, CO, a quasi-governmental entity charged with master development and land sales at the 1,866-acre former Lowry Air Force Base as a mixed-use community. During her time at Lowry, Erin provided coordination for the site planning of a 50.3-acre residential development as well as programming and community outreach for a 1.5-acre, 10,000-sq. ft. early childhood education center. Her recent work with CEA includes parking and development feasibility analyses for the community of Eagle Rock in northeast Los Angeles, CA, including research, planning and coordination in the areas of public funding, zoning and community outreach. Ms. Clark received a B.A. in Sociology at Brown University and expects to receive her Master of Planning from the University of Southern California in May, 2005. Patrick Golier, Project AssistantPatrick Golier joined CEA while pursuing his master's degree in Urban Planning at the University of Southern California, where he has since graduated with distinction with a concentration in Transportation and Land Use. While in school he was named a Fellow of the Eno Transportation Foundation, which afforded him an opportunity to spend time in Washington D.C. with top transportation leaders and policymakers. Prior to starting at CEA, Mr. Golier worked at Myra Frank Associates and Jones and Stokes, where he assisted in the preparation of a variety of Environmental Impact Reports for major transportation and infrastructure projects around Southern California, including the Gold Line extension through the San Gabriel Valley. Additionally, he worked at the Los Angeles Metropolitan Transportation Authority (MTA) where he became proficient in the use of GIS. Mr. Golier received a Master of Planning from the University of Southern California and a B.A. in Economics and Communications from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor. |
